Personnel Screening

Picture
Providing excellent services and retaining good staff starts with recruiting people best suited to the tasks they are being asked to perform. In human services, matching values, philosophies and personality types to the organization providing services is shown to increase staff retention thus reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
The Full Potential recruitment screening process best assures the best match is achieved which maximizes the likelihood of improved outcomes.
The screening process focuses on three domains known to be best suited to providers of human services and asks...
  1. ...what are the applicants basic values, philosophies and understanding of advocacy
  2. ...can the applicant learn given access to the correct information
  3. ...does the applicant demonstrate the personality traits known to be most suited to working in human service organizations

The "right fit"

By screening an applicant using the Full Potential process, we improve the "fit" between them and the organization. This has been shown to contribute to improved client outcomes and reduce the rate at which people leave the organization. Staff turnover is one of the most significant costs to an organization and by focusing on reducing this, resources can be better utilized, organization culture and morale improves and costs are reduced.

Continuity of Care

A most important element of quality outcomes for people in receipt of services, is continuity of care. Without this, treatment plans are compromised and the probability of extended treatment times and resource utilization is increased. By better assuring staffing is consistent, behavioral treatment programs have the best chance of success.
