Once you have recruited the best people, they need to see that they have a meaningful career path. Without this, an individual is less likely to commit long term to an organization and its clients. Full Potential provides the organization with all approved coursework for staff from Behavior Technician to Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) level.
New Hire Training
There is core information for which all new people joining an organization must demonstrate competency. Career Paths
A major challenge within the human services sector, is the perception that meaningful career paths are not an option. With proven training and education programs freely available to staff, we work with the organization to map out career paths for all levels of staff. Because our training and education programs are approved by a range of accrediting bodies, and by working closely with credentialing agencies, we support organizations to prepare staff for meeting the requirement to become credentialed professionals. This encourages staff retention and improves treatment outcomes thanks to improved consistency and continuity of care.
All training is included at no additional cost to the organization or staff person which breaks down the barriers to effective workforce development. Each organization has a dedicated learning management system which gives them access to a full catalog of ABA and other essential training.
Because training is conducted online via a dedicated portal, the costs to an organization for workforce development are drastically reduced.
